FREQUENT QUESTIONS
First you get to the municipality of La Dorada Caldas, then take the road that connects the municipality of Norcasia caldas, which has a length of 45 kilometers and is covered in about an hour. Once in the municipality of Norcasia we have a customer service office where we will make the registration process and you can also buy a souvenir.
We can include for an additional fare the transport to the dam and the parking service.
Our boats comply with all the safety standards required by the Ministry of Transport and we have all the authorization and operation permits.
Due to its special location, we must walk from the port of Campo Alegre to the establishment along an ecological path of approximately 150 meters.
- We recommend using closed and comfortable shoes.
- Carry what is necessary in the luggage.
IMPORTANT: We have horse service to carry the suitcases and to do this tour at no additional cost, upon prior request.
Your pet must be calm, domesticated and not aggressive.
It must be clean, free of fleas and ticks, up to date with its vaccines and deworming.
You must wear a leash at all times, with the exception of when the pet is inside the room.
The pet is not allowed to sleep on the bed.
Owners must be held responsible for damage or noise made by their pet.
CHECK IN is from 2:00 pm (14:00)
CHECK OUT is at 12:00 noon.
In both situations it is possible to arrive earlier and at the reception we store the luggage for you to be able to continue enjoying the facilities.
Failure to deliver the room at the time established above must pay a penalty.
It is allowed to be in the common areas and use the games until 11 pm. These hours were established in order to guarantee respect for the rest and tranquility of others. Pool service is until 10:00 pm. (may vary depending on the weather).
